How do we book?

To book, please contact us using the relevant page on our website or by emailing us at lumosquartet@outlook.com and we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP with all the details.

When do you confirm a booking?

Once we have agreed the date is available for the event we will confirm the booking. At this point we will require a 50% deposit which will serve as a booking fee.

What happens if one of the quartet is ill/unavailable?

Although there will always be four of us at each event, it's not always possible for each member to be available. However, we have a hand selected a pool of musicians ready to deputise if necessary. We have ensured that these musicians will provide the same standard and quality of performance.

Do you perform outside, and do you have any requirements?

Yes, we are more than happy to play outside weather permitting! For the safety of our instruments, please take into consideration the elements.

We would like some music that isn't on your repertoire list.

We will endeavour to try and provide any music that you would like for your event. However, we may require a small additional charge to cover costs of sourcing the music and at least 4 weeks notice. Please contact for more information.

How much do you charge?

A basic wedding package starts from £650, however we like to make sure each event is unique and tailored to your requirements, so it is best to contact us directly to get an accurate quote.
